Job Description
Flexential is hiring a Specialist Solution Architect with expertise in Large scale Cloud and Managed Services, IT Security, Data Protection Services, Networking, and Professional Services. The ideal candidate will be an industry expert capable of presenting complex solutions, setting strategic direction, and speaking at conferences and marketing events.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide deep technical expertise on specified specialty areas.
- Assist in solving complex customer issues and designing innovative solutions.
- Support sales and support teams with technical design suggestions.
- Stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and technologies.
- Deliver formal presentations as an industry expert.
- Run customer workshops and attend technology conferences.
- Provide content creation for internal documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 9-11 years of B2B Sales and/or support in IT-related industries.
- Strong technical background with expertise in Data Center Design/Construction, IT Security, and Cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of multi-tier environments, operating systems, databases, and security best practices.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work in office and remote environments.
- Willingness to travel and participate in after-hours networking.
