Job Description

Flexential is looking for a Specialist Solution Architect with expertise in Large-scale Cloud and Managed Services, IT Security, Data Protection Services, Networking, and Professional Services. As an industry expert, you will present complex solutions, drive strategic direction, and engage with customers at various events. Your role involves collaborating with sales and support teams, maintaining product knowledge, and contributing to technical design reviews.

Key Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:

• Consult with teams on technical areas.
• Provide technical expertise and design suggestions.
• Maintain knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
• Deliver deep-dive solutions to potential customers.
• Conduct workshops, attend conferences and presentations.
• Support tool development and product direction.

Required Qualifications:

• 9-11 years of B2B Sales or support experience.
• Technical background with expertise in specified specialty areas.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, databases, and security practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to work in office and remote environments.
• Willingness to travel based on job requirements.
