Job Description

Based at our corporate headquarters in Schaumburg, IL, you will play a vital role as a liaison between the business unit and IT, translating business strategy into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead scrum teams in executing tactical and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze business problems, design solutions, and manage cross-functional teams for successful delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years IT experience OR High School Diploma with 10+ years IT experience.
- Proficiency in process reengineering, LEAN/Six Sigma, process modeling, insurance application system design/analysis, and use case development.
- Preferred qualifications include Agile Project Methodology/Certified Scrum Master, advanced SDLC skills, and consulting experience.
