Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Consultant specializing in Outsourced TEM Platform Management to join our team at Pixel Health. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Calero Hosted Telecommunications Expense Management Platform, providing remote and on-site support, and collaborating with both Telecom carriers and client representatives to ensure efficient invoice processing and payment. This hybrid position offers a balance of working remotely for 3 days and onsite for 2 days.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of legacy telco services such as Business lines, Centrex services, Primary rate ISDN services, Telco Private line services, Telco long distance usage plans, as well as current IP communication services including SIP Trunking, VOIP, MPLS, Private IP, Internet access services, and Wireless mobility services.
- Experience in Telcom Carrier auditing, Hosted Telcom Expense Management Platform, invoice processing, management reporting, MS Excel, MS Word, and working in Telecom carrier portals.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma required, Associates or 4-year college degree preferred.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant, you will oversee TEM Platform Management for Legacy NU clients, ensuring accurate invoice processing and maintaining a comprehensive Calero service inventory. You will work closely with various service providers such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others to process wireline, wireless, usage accounts, pagers, toll-free services, and more. Invoice processing, services review, optimization, and provision oversight are key aspects of this role.
