Job Description
Heart & Vascular Partners, a rapidly growing private equity backed medical service organization, is looking for a highly experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will collaborate closely with the leadership team to drive financial performance and support decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models and analysis to facilitate decision making.
- Partner with department and practice leaders to implement financial initiatives.
- Create, distribute, and interpret various financial dashboards.
- Support annual budgeting processes and investigate budget variances.
- Assist in provider compensation calculations and financial modeling for acquisitions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in the healthcare sector.
- Prior ambulatory surgery center experience preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
