Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with multiple teams on critical projects related to discovery, development, and manufacturing of advanced therapies.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple projects focused on new technology assessment, capability development, and therapeutic discovery proof-of-concept.
- Manage project scope, quality, time, and cost constraints effectively.
- Drive collaboration across functions to establish project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop project management tools to track team progress and provide leadership with project health updates.
- Communicate with clients to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
Requirements
- Degree in a scientific field with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience for B.S., 6 years for M.S., or 3 years for Ph.D.
- Strong project management background with the ability to lead complex projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in advanced therapy space is desired.
