Staff Accountant - Hospitality

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join Geronimo Hospitality Group. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling intercompany invoices and payments, maintaining records, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with financial reporting tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in year-end audit requests.
• Perform month-end reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
• Compile financial packages and perform bank reconciliations.
• Record adjusting journal entries and maintain general ledger reconciliations.
• Provide financial reports to management and handle cash deposits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience with MRI software is preferred.
• Must have U.S. Work Authorization.
