Staff Nurse RN / LPN

Peak Resources is a leading North Carolina-based nursing home, memory care, and assisted living company with a focus on providing a relaxing and comforting environment for residents. We are currently seeking Nurses (RN / LPN) to join our team at Peak Resources Alamance. Full-time or part-time positions with various shifts are available, and we are offering sign-on bonuses for new hires in March 2024.

Primary Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Peak Resources initiates and implements healthcare plans and performs various nursing duties. The RN is involved in the full scope of nursing care, directing the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and ensuring compliance with regulations and facility policies.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) participates in implementing healthcare plans for assigned residents, under RN supervision. The LPN provides ongoing data collection support and ensures plan of care implementation.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Active, unencumbered RN / LPN license in North Carolina.
• Current BLS CPR Certification with in-person skills assessment.
• 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
