Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate STNA State Tested Nurse Aide to join Charter Senior Living of Oak Openings. As a caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to our residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care programs. Your responsibilities will include helping residents with daily activities, medication reminders, grooming, and fostering a positive and dignified living environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide emotional and social support to residents while maintaining their independence and dignity.
- Document and report residents' progress and any concerns to the supervisor.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Certification as STNA, CNA, GNA, or CHHA as per state regulatory requirements.
- CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
