Amplifybio, LLC, a leading contract research organization, is looking for a dedicated Supervisor, Study Coordination to join its growing team. This role involves supervising Study Coordinators and Desktop Publishers, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule staff assignments, training, and task execution.
• Assess priorities and workloads for study coordinators and desktop publishers.
• Develop, facilitate, and monitor training for staff.
• Lead execution of continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with various functional groups to meet client expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in a GLP/nonclinical research environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to independently execute management strategies.
• Strong collaboration and coordination abilities.
