Technical Product Manager

Job Description

SEB Professional North America is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our team in Irvine, CA. As a key player in our sales process, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and providing technical support before and after the sales of our professional coffee machines. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products for the North American market, engage with customers for product testing, and deliver technical training to internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch new products from Europe in the North American market.
• Enhance local product lines based on market needs and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with European Product Development teams for product customization.
• Act as the subject matter expert for equipment and provide technical training.
• Conduct field tests of new equipment and run product pilots.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of engineering or technical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for coffee and familiarity with the Food and Beverage Equipment industry.
• Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time with some international travel.
