Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production and preparation of food, maintaining consistency with recipes and procedures.
  • Enforce compliance with employment policies, ensure restaurant cleanliness, and prioritize guest safety.
  • Monitor and maintain efficient food item ticket times, ensuring productivity.
  • Manage Back of House employees, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching.
  • Assist in developing Key Hourly employees, Assistant Managers, and Hourly employees through daily feedback.
  • Conduct formal line Taste & Temp checks to uphold inventory and kitchen safety standards.
  • Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all items while practicing safe food handling procedures.
  • Track food costs, minimize waste, and control kitchen labor costs.
  • Set schedules, assign tasks, and train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures.
  • Participate in the hiring process for Back of House employees and create a safe work environment aligned with company values.
