Trauma PI Coordinator (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Trauma Performance Improvement (PI) Coordinator (RN) to join our team at MUSC. In this role, you will be reporting to the Trauma Program Manager and will be responsible for managing the process improvement program to ensure compliance with trauma patient criteria and accreditation standards. Your duties will include monitoring patient care, investigating variances, and ensuring adherence to trauma protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred; Associate's degree in Nursing required.
• Prior experience in trauma care and performance improvement preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
