We are looking for a talented Treasury Relationship Manager to join Fresno First Bank, a dynamic and acclaimed single-branch bank based in Fresno, CA. As the Treasury Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing new and existing deposit relationships for small to medium-sized businesses in the Southern California market. Your role will involve actively participating in sales management, promoting treasury management products, and ensuring superior customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Drive Depository and Treasury Management growth through building and maintaining client portfolios.
• Demonstrate expertise in Treasury Management systems and maintain knowledge of risk management.
• Engage in business development activities in Southern California and participate in community affairs.
• Cross-sell bank products and services and contribute to the overall profitability of the bank.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of business development or sales experience in Southern California.
• Intermediate knowledge of banking compliance regulations and operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel throughout Southern California as needed.

Compensation

Yearly Salary: $125,000 - $175,000
