Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Ultrasonographer to join Corewell Health on a full-time basis working night shifts. As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for performing accurate and efficient ultrasound exams, ensuring the best possible image quality for interpretation. Upholding our Patient and Family Centered Care philosophy, you will provide exceptional care to patients by verifying identification, educating them about procedures, and maintaining a safe environment during examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ultrasound exams following established protocols and procedures.
• Verify patient information and provide necessary pre-exam education.
• Operate ultrasound equipment proficiently and ensure quality control.
• Collaborate with radiologists and medical staff for exceptional patient care.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Diagnostic Ultrasound Program or equivalent.
• Registered by American Registry Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Registry eligible.
• Basic Life Support Certification required.
