Job Title: Universal Banker

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Universal Banker to join our team at International State Bank of Raton. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling financial transactions, opening accounts, cross-selling banking products, and supporting business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with various financial transactions including new accounts, loan payments, and wire transfers.
- Recommend and cross-sell banking products to meet customers' financial needs.
- Meet and exceed sales and referral goals while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch is preferable.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
