Job Description
We are currently looking for caring and dedicated Caregivers to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Care Manager, you will provide compassionate care and support to our residents in assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Assist residents with daily living activities and individual care needs.
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times.
Qualifications
- Dedication and passion for serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
- High School diploma/GED, certifications as required.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
