Vendor Relations Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Vendor Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team at KETER ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES LLC. As a Vendor Relations Specialist, you will play a key role in managing relationships with our service providers for waste hauling, disposal, and recycling. This position involves evaluating services, resolving disputes, and ensuring that our vendors meet our quality and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Interact with partners, suppliers, and Operations staff to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
• Review and assess the quality of services provided by suppliers to ensure they meet our standards.
• Keep vendor information and documentation up to date.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful service delivery in the marketplace.
• Track and evaluate vendor performance metrics.
• Ensure vendors exceed client requirements and maintain current Certificate of Insurance (COI).
• Maintain documentation and reporting related to procurement activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years of procurement experience preferred.
• Experience in vendor management and conducting request for proposal processes.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and excellent communication skills.
