Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team at Open Sky Community Services. In this role, you will be responsible for driving financial strategy and decision-making processes by overseeing and executing a high-performing financial planning and data analytics system. Reporting to the Chief Operating and Financial Officer, you will lead a dedicated team, collaborate with various departments, and provide insights to optimize financial performance and support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to provide insights into business performance and trends.
• Identify key performance indicators and establish metrics to measure and drive financial success.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis required.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing teams required.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills required.
• Extensive experience overseeing financial services and financial data visualization required.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools required.
