Job Description
COMHAR Inc. is seeking a Weekend Coordinator to join our LTSR program in Walnutport, PA. As a Weekend Coordinator, you will work within a recovery framework, providing individual and group psychotherapy to help individuals achieve their recovery goals using evidence-based practices. This position offers a competitive starting salary of $23.00 per hour for Saturday/Sunday shifts from 8 am to 8 pm.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement clinical programs for individuals in recovery.
- Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices.
- Supervise staff during weekend shifts.
- Organize activities for residents, including educational and social programs.
- Complete detailed documentation and outcome reporting.
- Provide direct services to residents as needed.
- Participate in treatment team meetings and comply with all regulations.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a clinical discipline with at least 1 year of clinical MH experience.
- Professional license, certification, or registration as relevant.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and clinical skills.
- Knowledge of behavioral health systems and community resources.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
