Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, mentorship, and crisis management for students.
• Implement social and recreational activities to engage residents.
• Deliver direct services including daily living skills, meal preparation, and social activities.
• Develop respectful relationships to enhance students' social and coping skills.
• Facilitate the residential routine with thoughtful planning and execution.
• Document service delivery and incidents in a professional and timely manner.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree, 60 college credits, or equivalent experience with children.
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
• Satisfactory completion of background and pre-employment checks.
