We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Youth Counselor to join Mount Prospect Academy in Pike, NH. As a Residential Youth Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting and mentoring at-risk youth to help them thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentorship to students, including crisis management.
• Implement social and recreational activities for residents.
• Deliver direct services including daily living skills and meal preparation.
• Develop relationships with students to enhance their social and coping skills.
• Facilitate residential routines with thoughtful planning.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
• Background check clearance is required.
