Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in the proper handling and distribution of products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality products. You will be responsible for various warehouse tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, including stock selection, merchandise organization, and maintaining warehouse standards.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provide input for process improvements to warehouse management.
- Inspect products for quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to operate powered industrial equipment.
