Job Description
Join Jazz Pharmaceuticals as the Executive Director, Late Development Team Lead for Oncology. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the Late Development Team (LDT) in establishing and executing global product strategies for late-stage product lifecycle management. Your contributions will directly impact the development and approval of life-changing medicines in the fields of neuroscience and oncology.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional LDT(s) from proof of concept to approval, ensuring alignment with the Target Product Profile.
- Develop and execute product vision and strategy in collaboration with functional matrix teams.
- Drive global product development opportunities that balance risk, timelines, cost, and patient value.
- Provide strategic guidance to functional matrix teams and oversee regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with leaders to optimize product development strategy and prepare for governance reviews.
Requirements
- +15 years of global multi-disciplinary drug development experience in pharma/biotech.
- Proven track record in late-phase Solid Tumor Oncology drug development and regulatory submissions.
- Expertise in leading cross-functional teams, managing collaborations, and identifying innovative solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership in diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- MD, PhD, or PharmD degree required.
