Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Associate Director, Medical Science Liaison to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients. As the Associate Director, you will lead and inspire a team of Medical Science Liaisons in the field of Hematology-Oncology, ensuring that they provide valuable medical support aligned with our research and business goals. This is a strategic leadership role that involves cultivating relationships with thought leaders, managing team performance, and maintaining scientific credibility.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to a team of Medical Science Liaisons focused on Hematology-Oncology.
• Coach, train, and develop MSLs to support high performance and strategic objectives.
• Maintain territory engagement plans and oversee the collection of clinical insights and customer questions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address challenges and establish partnerships.

Essential Qualifications

• MD, PharmD, PhD degree or equivalent, with a strong preference for Oncology experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience, with demonstrated leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present data effectively.
• Field-based position requiring up to 60% travel.
