Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Analytics & Insights to join the Analytics & Insights team. The role involves leading advanced analytics methodologies to drive novel insights and actions, contributing to business decisions through data-driven recommendations, and collaborating across functions to enhance brand and market performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and communicate insights-driven recommendations.
• Apply advanced analytics for performance drivers identification.
• Implement analytical solutions for business opportunity assessment.
• Contribute to national-level data analysis and insights sharing.
• Represent the voice of the customer in marketplace understanding.

Requirements

• BA or BS in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in strategic analysis and analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in common analytical tools.
• Experience with pharmaceutical data sources like Symphony and IQVIA.
• Ability to influence senior management and key business partners.
