Associate Director, Analytics & Insights

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Analytics & Insights to join our team. As the Associate Director, you will play a central role within the Analytics & Insights team, leading the application of advanced analytics methodologies to drive insights and actions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights, analyze brand performance, and identify market opportunities. This position reports to the Director, Analytics & Insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the application of cutting-edge advanced analytics methodologies to generate insights and actions.
• Provide analytics-based recommendations to support business decisions and plans of action.
• Contribute to strategic insights sharing across the franchise.
• Analyze key brand metrics and market data to support business growth.

Requirements

• BA or BS with a concentration in Life Sciences, Business, or Mathematics; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in strategic analysis, planning, and analytics.
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in common analytical tools such as Excel and Tableau.
• Experience with pharmaceutical data sources like Symphony, IQVIA, and EHR.
• Proven ability to influence senior management and key business partners.
