Senior Manager, Medical Affairs - Training & Excellence

Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Manager, Medical Affairs specializing in Training & Excellence to join our team at Jazz Pharmaceuticals. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the US Medical Affairs (USMA) training objectives, developing scientific training curriculum, and ensuring field excellence for assigned therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to create training programs and capabilities for USMA teams.
• Develop strategic training plans for assigned therapeutic areas and USMA teams.
• Onboard new hires and support continuous development of field Medical teams.
• Maintain and update training content for accuracy and relevance.
• Evaluate training program success and adapt delivery methods as needed.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Science or Medicine - PhD, PharmD, or MD.
• 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, with a focus on training and excellence.
• Prior field Medical Affairs experience preferred.
• Expertise in Jazz therapeutic areas desirable.
• Strong presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
