Responsibilities

• Manage product leaders and external personnel for clinical studies.
• Oversee statistical analysis and programming activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and technologies.
• Work with management to budget and allocate resources effectively.
• Perform quality control checks on statistical programming deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 15+ years of statistical programming experience in Pharma/Biotech.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing CROs or FSPs.
• Proficiency in SAS programming and willingness to lead software implementations.
