Job Description
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is looking for a talented Associate Medical Director, Medical Affairs - Oncology to join the team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting US Medical Affairs activities related to HER2+ target therapy in Gastroesophageal adenocarcinoma (GEA) and Biliary tract cancers (BTCs). The position involves developing non-promotional, evidence-based scientific programs and collaborating with cross-functional partners to execute strategic initiatives. The role requires an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare/academic industry experience, strong clinical background in Oncology, and expertise in clinical-medical trial data interpretation.
Responsibilities
- Support US Medical Affairs activities related to HER2+ target therapy.
- Develop non-promotional, evidence-based scientific programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and leverage Medical insights to inform brand strategy.
- Provide support for tactical execution of Medical Plans.
Requirements
- Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
- Strong clinical background in Oncology.
- Expertise in clinical-medical trial data interpretation.
- Experience working with marketed products early and mid-life cycle.
- Excellent presentation skills and credibility within the medical community.
Travel
