Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. Our warehouse operations are vital in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our growing customer base. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth flow of goods within our warehouse facility.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment in a strategic manner.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards through general cleaning duties.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently following guidelines.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and within company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Have good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and operate equipment in various warehouse environments.
