Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
- Offer input for process improvement and budget goals achievement.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
