Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. This role offers an hourly wage ranging from $19.00 to $23.00, with an average of 30-35 hours per week. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in fulfilling store orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership for effective communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
