1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi. This position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and cooperating with the warehouse leadership to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to meet safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Help achieve budgeted goals and follow company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
