1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This role involves various warehouse duties such as receiving and organizing incoming stock, loading and unloading merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. The ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, follow established procedures, and ensure product quality and safety standards are met.

Shift:

1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Starting Wage:

Up to $18.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on schedule differential pay)

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and within company policies.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures.
