Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This role offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour with different shift schedules available. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform warehouse cleaning tasks and inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers and leadership, providing input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
