1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments within the warehouse environment. You will collaborate with your peers and warehouse leadership to achieve warehouse goals and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to meet warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
