Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and shipping merchandise to our stores, ensuring efficient operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically for shipment preparation.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and communicate product quality concerns.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies and procedures.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and independently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
