1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. The position offers a competitive starting wage of up to $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule, and an average of 30-35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Inspect and ensure product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
