1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock and ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse. This position offers up to $26.75 per hour and various schedules to suit your availability.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse and load/unload shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Independently make decisions within the scope of responsibility.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
