Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing and organizing merchandise within the warehouse facility.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback to enhance warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect product quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Perform tasks efficiently within company policies and procedures.

Requirements
