1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking Full-Time Warehouse Associates for 1st Shift at Aldi. The position offers up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour, based on shift differentials. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and according to guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
