Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by performing various duties such as receiving and relocating merchandise, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and interacting effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
