1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join ALDI's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain communication with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperature environments and carry out physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
