1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Aldi is seeking Full-Time Warehouse Associates to join their team for 1st Shift positions. The starting wage ranges from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour, based on shift differentials. Warehouse Associates will work approximately 30-35 hours per week, with various schedule options available.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment, as well as unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered equipment, and work effectively in varying temperatures.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
