1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders received from stores, relocating merchandise, sorting, loading, unloading, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes, inspect products, and achieve budget goals.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers and suppliers, provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
