We are looking for a motivated and reliable 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, relocate, and load merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues or concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while striving for efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency in work.
• Ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds and operating industrial equipment.
