1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated full-time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and collaborating with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory management and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements and product quality.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic arithmetic and organizational abilities.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
