Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership for effective communication.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and operate equipment effectively.
• Act independently within the scope of responsibility.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency in tasks.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds
• Perform physical tasks like bending, lifting, carrying, and operating equipment
• Work in varying temperatures and environments
