1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and moving merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, collaborating with team members, and contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to ensure warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift merchandise up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Maintain physical agility to move and prepare products.
